What size should I buy?

If you're not entirely sure which size is right for you, please refer to our size chart. It can be found below the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand – we change our minds sometimes too! Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, we hope to be able to implement a cancellation window in the future.

If you don't like the items, you can of course return them for a full refund. As a reminder, returns within Germany are free.

Shipping, delivery and returns

We work with all shipping providers, DHL and Hermes, to ensure your order is delivered quickly and safely. In rare cases, a different parcel service provider may be used.

What are the shipping conditions?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been received in our warehouse. As soon as it has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Is shipping outside of Germany possible?

Yes, we also ship outside of Germany. Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery times at dasmodewerk.com are typically 2 to 4 business days within Germany. Please note that delays may occur during periods of high order volume or due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have an urgent order or require more detailed information, please contact customer service directly.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 30-day return policy! If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
